Most of our custom quilts have a two-installment payment option. We charge a minimum of half of the total cost of your project up front. The remaining balance will be due when your quilt is complete and ready to ship. Of course, you always have the option to pay in full up front, if you'd like.
Because we frequently have a waitlist, quilts are sold on a pre-order basis only. We can only add you to our waitlist after collecting your first half installment payment.
Custom Handmade Quilt
Most of our quilts are made with 100% cotton materials, which launder easily. Unless your quilt comes with specific care instructions, we recommend washing on a normal or delicate cycle with mild detergent. Machine dry on medium or low heat.
Please note that a freshly laundered quilt comes out of the dryer looking very scrunchy and wrinkly. This is completely normal, expected, and desired! We launder all quilts before shipping, except wall-hanging picture quilts, which look and hang much better with a crisp, clean finish.
Because our items are custom-designed just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your quilt, please reach out to us directly and we'll find a way to make it right.
